Responsibilities: Ticket handling in ServiceDesk (WHMCS), web-servers maintenance and troubleshooting, VDS and dedicated servers deployment, preparation to provide it to customers.

What is used in the work: operating systems (mainly Centos and Ubuntu), web services (apache, nginx), databases (mysql, percona, mariadb), control panels (VestaCP, ISP Manager, Cpanel), virtualization systems (xen, proxmox). Also, for clients renting servers to host video projects, SmartCJ and KVS (Kernel Video Sharing) panels are install.
